Hello,
I have a HP Pavilion Winxp with sp2.A yellow shield appeared in the bottom right hand corner of the screen to download/install security files. I did this and on competion I turned of the pc. That was around 10.30 (BST) this morning.
This afternoon after booting up, I got the following message. RTHDCPL.EXE - Illegal System DLL relocation.
The systemDLL user 32.dll was relocated in memory. The application will not run properly. The relocation occurred because the DLL C:\WINDOWS\system 32\HHCTRL.OCX occupied an address range reserved for Windowssystem DLLs. The vendor supplying the DLL should be contacted for a new DLL.
I have never had this sort of message before, so I don't know how to address it. Please help
Thank you.
