DLL Initialisation Failure

Once started my PC works fine - using the Windows 2000 OS. However, everytime I shut down I get the message:

drwlsn32.exe - DLL Initialisation Failure. The application failed to initialise because the Windows station is shutting down.

I guess drw refers to Dr Watson, which I believe is part of Windows 2000 and should start up when the PC is first switched on.

I'm not sure what benefits I'm loosing by not having Dr Watson running, but I'd sure like to get rid of the error messages and have it shut down correctly!

All suggestions as to a fix are welcome.

drwtsn32.exe refers to Dr. Watson, tallboy, not drwlsn32.exe. Was that a typo on your behalf? If not then try scanning with Adaware and Spybot S&D.
