Dll icons on desktop

Hi - three icons have appeared on my desktop, 2 named srvgate.dll and the other fetch.dll.

Anyone got any idea where they came from and if I can remove them? I don't think I particularly want them hanging around on the desktop.

I had a look in Google, and fetch seems to have something to do with WAB, while the other mentions ISPs and chat. When I double click them, I get the message that opening them can damage the system.

They seem to be Search dll's from when you've been searching the internet, I get them sometimes and just delete them as they are nothing to do with any of the system files.
