I am not a novice but a tot obviously knows something that I dont, after playing with keyboard they have managed to turn the display picture on its side. Have tried the obvious to no avail. There must be an answer other than turning screen or head to suit display. It makes it really hard to use the mouse.

Please HELP

You may have an nVidia icon in the task bar and/or in Control Panel.

If so, have a look at that and there should be a 'Rotation Settings' option.

Try that

Do you have nvidia graphics?

If yes, then right click on desktop, choose properties, settings, advanced and right click on the nvidia tab. From there you can choose to rotate the desktop.

If you have the nvidia desktop manager within the control apanel, you can do the same I believe.

Right click on your desktop, click on Settings tab > Advanced

Then look for the appropriate tab to click. For my Intel 82845G, I click on Intel Extreme Graphics > Graphic Properties > Rotation then appropriate edit the settings to your desired rotation.
