DISPLAY SETTINGS

1) I'm partially sighted and I've had to adjust the display settings so that the glare doesn't blind me when I use MS Word. Does anyone know how I can transfer my Display Properties (Appearance) without having to copy them all out manually and re-set them?

2) The standard white windows in Explorer and with sending emails in Express are also a problem - anyone know of a solution?

3) Email correspondents complain when I use dark blue backgrounds (my normal windows background) - but when I re-format them, they are sometimes still sent dark blue. That, or they package the background as an attachment.

What gives?
