Display of "Frames" in Firefox problem, or is it ?

I'm running ubuntu 10.04/Firefox on a desktop that controls a cnc machine, and XP/IE7 on this laptop.
If I open a page in the linuxcnc/forum using Firefox on the desktop, there appears to be a problem with the way the contents are displayed. The text in one panel "spills over" onto the central panel.
Other sites in Firefox display correctly, and the linuxcnc/forum displays correctly in IE7 on this laptop.

My primitive logic tells me that the fault must be a bug in the linuxcnc/forum page, rather than in my desktop.

I'd be relieved to have my suspicions confirmed, or a lesson in how my logic is faulty ;)
