i have a IBM 760EL Laptop, with 800x600x16bit display. i hav the latest display drivers and directX 8. my games run slow in full screen. how can i speed them up. thanks

Laptops usually have onboard graphics,these generally are low performers,additionally they also usually share RAM with the system,again slowing performance.To get good graphics and speed you would need to upgrade the graphics with a graphics card,or slight improvement can be gained by adding extra RAM.
