Anyone know of a "simple" guide to using diskpart in xp I found a couple of Microsoft ones but they were a little too technical for me.

For anyone who wants to know where to find it, if you open a command window and type diskpart it will start it as it runs in command, as usual type help for a list of commands.

The command prompt command is for the serious user/Sys Admin. click here

If you want a simpler method then Click Start, click Control Panel, and then click Performance and Maintenance.

Click Administrative Tools, double-click Computer Management, and then in the left pane, click Disk Management.

Right Click on the Disk you wish to partition or format etc.
