Diskeeper - better than Norton for defragging?

Anyone any thoughts on the value of Diskeeper against other forms of defragmentation. I have received an e-mail referring to Diskeeper 2007.
There are apparently several versions of the programme. What are the true values of these for the average user?

i use diskeeper 9 since i have used it
i do not have to do anything
it does it all its self

great well worth it
