Disk Partition

I am running XP Home on the C: drive which has 16gb of free space. The D: drive has 45gb free with software on it that I do not want to lose. Is there any way I can increase the C: drive size (reducing the D: drive accordingly) without lsoing data on either drive?

Partition Magic will allow you to do exactly what you want.

click here I am unaware of what restriction the trial version will impose though.

There is also Ranish Partition Manager for Windows
which is free and may do what you require. Download from this website link :

Here is a free version of Partition Resizer(100Kbs),I have uploaded it to my site.It will do exactly what you want, but isn't as safe as Partition Magic. You might lose some of the data(although the creator of the app has only had 2 responses concerning data loss)if you get it wrong while using the app.
