disabling the 'cross' (one for VoG?)

I've got a little VB code that pops up a user form when the file is opened.

Is there anyway to disable the user from being able to click the 'cross' and thus close the user form without filling it in?

Thanks.

Private Sub UserForm_QueryClose(Cancel As Integer, CloseMode As Integer)

If CloseMode <> 1 Then Cancel = 1

MsgBox ("You must complete the form!!")

End Sub
