Disable Logon boxes in Outlook Express

How can I disable the boxes that keep appearing when I try to get my e-mails? ie:- Please enter user name and password. Server:- pop.freeserve.com even though everything is filled in, when I hit ok, it just bounces back until I hit cancel. I then get an error box. I have just loaded Broad band, having problems, so I want to use my AnyTime account to get e-mails.
It has got to be something simple.

Have you got more than one account when you click TOOLS/ACCOUNTS? If so this is almost certain to be the problem. You would have been well advised to remove all other accounts before installing broadband
