Digital Rights DRM

I have installed channel 4 software to download some programs to watch later, and it has asked to to install DRM (Digital Rights Media). After the problems with various music CD's, I am a bit dubious.
Any advise please.

If you feel uncomfortable with installing it, don't.

As far as I'm concerned it's just another way of someone else controlling your computer for you.

It's the way things are, I agree with octal, it is intrusive, but I had to bite the bullet with my Vista pc and my XPMCE laptop.

As octal say's, if you don't feel happy about it, leave it.....It will restrict you though, times have changed!

Thank you Octal & Cross trainer, I think I'll give it a miss untill they can increase the programs you do not have to pay for.
