Digital Photo frames?

Has any one , any tips for buying digital photo frames. I tried one from one of the grocery outlets who have an offer on today for £39.99. The item was so bad that I took it back for a refund. It is true, that there is no such thing as a free lunch or even a cheap one.

So considering a digital photo frame what should I be looking for? The first thing I need is it must be able to take XD cards.

Many of the digital frames have very low level resolution.

We were recently given one as a present (takes SD cards fortunately!) and it certainly causes great interest, especially when a slide show is shown.

But it is a better quality model and cost quite a bit of dosh apparently.
