Differing music volumes

I would like to create a compilation of my music but have found that when they are played the volumes are slightly different. I was wondering if nero has a facility whereby it evens out the volumes so that they are all the same level or do i need another program to do this?

Yes Nero does this, there is a check box to 'Normalise' all files.

MusicMatch will apply a volume levelling filter to all of your MP3s, and then burn them to CD (no need for Nero).

The free version is excellent, the registered version (about £10?) is even better.
