Dialup Disconnect not working with Bluetooth Netwo

Due to a recent purchase of a HP4700 Handheld and as I do not have a wireless setup, I decided to connect it as a Bluetooth Network (which I have working) to my Internet Dialup PC so I could sit with the Handheld and use Internet Connection Sharing (ICS).
Idle Timeout is set at 5 minutes and disconnects normally with normal browser, however when the bluetooth device connects via the Network and forces dialup, Idle disconnect does not work. I partially know why this is, because network traffic of 95 bytes sent and 53 bytes received occurs in this configuration approx every 30 seconds.

But I think my question is why does this happen and how do I correct it ?

I don't really want to have to return back to my PC to force the disconnect, after using my Handheld to connect to the internet.
