Are you using Win 2k---these files all seem to be windows files. Chances are you need them.

no i am using win xp thanks leo

Only asked as Google search mentioned win2k--but all seem to be windows files---I have all those files on my xp pro based system.

What makes you think they may be a problem?

  pat2068 00:32 04 Mar 04

i though it was a problem because i saw dialer and i use broadband thanks leo

Unless you have a modem set up as a back up then an unwanted dialer wouldnt be a problem anyway. Windows does have its own dialers built in so no problem with those files and definitely dont delete them.

Mind you dialers are not the only problems, theres plenty of other spyware/adware out there so do use spybot, and if you havent got it already,Adaware click here
