DGM monitor

How do I prevent my DGM monitor from closing down after a few minutes of inactivity?

It may be the monitor itself. Do you have another monitor to try out for a bit to see if it continues?

If it isnt the monitor then I would say it was the video card hardware or software.

Make sure you have the latest drivers installed or use the original ones that came with your video card.

If you have another video card to try that would be helpful too.

You may have to e-mail them for an answer, it looks as if it is set up to do that from reading the manual. The manual I looked at online does not give a method of changing it.
