When I look in device manager, my processor has an exclaimation mark next to it, what does this mean, have I got a problem?

Right click it

and give us the error code.

Hi, right-click on the processor and then on Properties - click on update driver.

This may be all it needs.

Let us know what happens, if anything.

Thanks guys

No error code, so I did the next suggestion, clicked update driver, it did the nessasary, and exclaimation mark has gone.
Would this have caused me problems wth PC because sometimes when I try to boot my up it freezes on WINDOWS IS STARTING UP, but it just stays there, I have had to reset?(press small button on front of PC tower) it usually starts OK second try.
Just a thought, if not I will try different post for that.

Could be any number of reasons for your start-hiccup, but it would be a good idea to run click here in its default settings, which might sort any any small glitch in the registry.
