I was just in device manger and I had hidden devices showing. As part of the Non-plug and play Drivers there is something called ASCTRM. This has an exclamtion mark next to it and when i look into its properties the following message is present

"This device is not present, is not working properly, or does not have all its drivers installed. (Code 24)"

Any ideas what this ASCTRM is? Do I need it? and how can I sort this out?

Cheers

Elrond, I've had a search via Google, and the general view is that ASCTRM is part of RealPlayer.
