My other desktop pc wireless internet isn't working. After a lengthy call to the BT helpline, i managed to get the main computer's internet and the laptop's internet to work.

But the other desktop internet isn't working. It reads " Limited or No connectivity ", and when i try to repair it , it fails on " Renewing your IP Address".

I have BT Broadband and am using the Home Hub.
Can anyone give me some advice so i don't have to call the call center?
Thanks.

Try going to Device Manager, right-clicking the network adapter and uninstalling it. Reboot and let Windows find and reinstall it.

I have found that the XP Winsock Fix utility available from here fixes most connection issues
