There will be some buttons somewhere on the front of your monitor. You will have to have a go with these, all monitors are different. After finding which one opens up the adjustments,look for one which will probably show a rectangle on the screen with a smaller vertically offset rectangle representing your picture. Enter this mode and keep clicking to close the gap. Sorry I cannot be more precise, but as I say every monitor is different.
