Do a 'System Restore' to back to before you downloaded it.

When you say...
"this didn't work"
What exactly happened when you did system restore?

i did the system restore going back to before i downloaded the desktop item but it is still there.
when i go to uninstall it tells me that it will be uninstalled next time i restart my pc but it always comes back. i've even used the american greetings uninstall & again it is still there when i restart.
