What exactly did you do in CMD prompt?

To turn on DEP, go to Control Panel > System > Advanced System Settings > Settings button in the Performance section > Data Execution Protection tab > Turn on DEP, Click Apply and OK to exit. Is that the DEP screen you can't access?

Or try this:

Go to Start > All Programs > Accessories > Command Prompt, right-click on Command Prompt and choose 'Run As Administrator'. In the CMD window, type:

bcdedit.exe /set {current} nx AlwaysOn

and press Enter. You should see a message saying that 'The operation completed Successfully.' Close the CMD window and reboot your computer. See if that helps.

restore point doesn`t help either
