DELL DIMENSION 5150c-Graphics Card Upgrade

My dell dimension 5150c is low-profile and it has been hard to find a PCI-e graphics card for it that would fit into a low profile system (and supplied with a half-height bracket) so far I've only found a couple of options - the strongest being an ATI Sapphire Radeon X1600PRO HDMI - which you can find out about here: click here. All I'd really like to know is if there would be any compatability issues with that card, even though my motherboard has two PCI-e slots. As this card is £100 I would like to know if it works before I buy it.

I'd also like to hear from anyone that has had any 'success stories' about upgrading a 5150c's graphics card

//Thanks
