Deletion of viruses identified by NAV 2004

Our network e-mail server is protected by NAV 2004 and is set to automatically identify incoming e-mails containing viruses. It does this OK but instead of just deleting them and continuing, which is what we would like it to do, we have to manually intervene every time and say 'OK, delete or quarantine' otherwise it stops any more e-mails coming in. Is there any way of avoiding this, or is there another AV program that can be set to automatically delete any message containing a virus and continuing to download the next e-mail.
