deleting which O/S option on boot up???

Hi there was wondering how you can stop the option on boot up of what operating system you want to use? I recently installed 2 winxp operating systems on 1 HD which is partitioned and have delteed it since however im still getting the option of selecting what 1 i want to boot how do you stop this?

fdisk /mbr command resets the master boot record.

right click my computer /properties /advance tab /start up and recovery/ settings / then in the drop down tab will list your default operating system / then click on edit and you will see your boot loader you will have two systems there you will have to delete the one you have not got now
