Deleting unwanted file

I cannot delete a video clip which has placed iteslf in "My Documrents - Incomplete file". Nothing happens when I choose "Edit - select all" then "File - delete". It resists all my known methods of getting rid of it. It also appears not to respond to any other command. I use Windows XP home. How can I make it go away?

Have you tried booting up in safe mode and removing it?

If you uninstall Limewire then the file will be removable.

Create a small text file, save it to a temporary directory with exactly the same name and extension as the problem file
Then copy paste or drag drop it to the problem file directory, when asked if you want to overwrite say yes

Have you tried going into limewire incomplete files and deleting from there and then going back to file in c and then deleting again leaving incomplete folder empty.
