Deleting Unknown Files

Tojan Remover has performed a fast scan as my PC booted up and has provided this info regarding the following file:

The Window Registry holds the following via Applnit_DLLs: cru629.dat

A file with this name has not been found (it may be hidden)

This file is from the following Registry Key:HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows\"AppInit_DLLs"

This file has a known Malware filename - Appears to contain: TROJAN.PROXY

It then informs me to run a full scan.

However, when I then run Trojan Remover full scan it informs me that the file I previously listed : cru629.dat - Appears to be Okay

I'm a bit confused and don't know how to do - keep or delete the file?

I would download install and update MBAM and do a scan to see what it finds,

MBAM/ Malwarebytes/ Antimalware click here
