I am using Earthlink/SpyAudit on my computer and it has thrown up 1 System Monitor, with reference
CDilla(safecast) and various Adware cookies, which I presume are not as big a threat.

How would I delete the System Monitor item...I am not using Spybot as it conflicts with my OnSpeed software, but have got enabled Ad-aware 6.0 and Spywareblaster as well as NAV and am using the Windows XP Firewall.?

Bump.

It's installed together with some legitimate software, such as certain versions of TurboTax. Apparently it comes bundled with the Oxford English Dictionary CDROM too.

It's supposed to monitor what you're trying to copy using your CD drive, and if you're copying the software's CDROM, it won't let you. Apart from using up some resources, it sounds all right to me.

TurboTax has an uninstaller for c-dilla but TurboTax won't work after that.

Thanks guys for your help.

I have not got Turbo Tax installed, but it is, I suppose, on some other software.

Cheers.
