Just bought a new PC with Freeserve included which I do not need. There is no entry in add/remove programmes to uninstall, I know there is a workaround to get even hidden files to show up in add/remove but I cannot remember how. Is this the best method or is there an easier soloution?

Thanks for the reply, I will try and come back if there is a problem.

as an alternative try Start>Search>for files or folders, then type in Freeserve and delete all files that appear. But check carefully because this method can produce a list that includes files that you don't want to delete. They're usually fairly obvious, tho.
