I got told I'd been sent a virus called jdbgmgr.exe and that I had to delete the file.I followed all the instructions and got rid, then I find it was a hoax. How do I get it back? I emptied the recycle bin as well so it's totally disappeared. Any ideas?(Make it simple, please.)

Oh dear, never mind, easily done. What operating system are you using? If it's Win 98 I'll email you a copy to put back in you system file if you like?
