Photo Editor only opens up images, not audio or video files.... If you want to remove this application from your system you will have to modify your Microsoft Office setup. Control Pannel->add or remove programs and click onto Microsoft Office and click "Change". Now click onto the add/remove components... Photo Editor is located in the "Office Tools" setion, so find it and click onto the icon next to it's name. Click "Disabled" (or Delete/whatever it says to remove). This option will have a red X icon next to it... Click onto "Update" and the application will be removed from your system.
