when i went to a certain web site click here i got a runtime error message asking me if i wanted to debug , yes or no , i selected no because i do not no what debug means can anyone please explain what this message means

It's used to test webpages for errors.

Nothing to do with us and you can turn the message off.

Tools > Internet Options... > Advanced > "Disable Script debugging" Tick it > Click ok.

It's for a programmer to correct errors in is program, there is a fault with the web page. You did the right thing. When not sure alway's click no or cancel
