Dead Memory Stick

Hello Friends, my 512MB USB 2.0 Z-Cyber memory stick is dead. It used to be very good, but today when I pushed it into the usb port of my XP Pro pc, it couldn't be seen by the pc at all. Even the flashing LED on the stick flashes no more. What could be amiss? If repairable, how do I repair it? I'd appreciate your solution to this. Thanks in advance.

most computer circuitry is replaced not repaired.

Have you tried it in another usb port on another computer?
