DDS3 tape file retrieval

I have an old DDS3 backup tape that I need to get some files off, trouble is it is ages since I used it and we have upgraded PC etc and nolonger even had the tape drive.

I have got a SCSI card and DDS3 drive off ebay, and seem to have got them recognised by windows, but I don't know what to do next.

Is there any software (pref freeware or free trial) that I can use to let me view and restore to a hrd disk the files on the tape?

Help please? I aminto the unknown here.

I have read about a program called DATMAN, but I tried to install it and it failed, I think it is incompatible with XP?
