I've just taken the big step and gone over to Xp Home.
The problem lies with a Datawise Quickdrive Pro which carries all my backup data on an old EIDE hard disk via a usb cable.
Since the new os was installed I can't access the disk. tried the datawise site and the product is no longer supported by e-mail or phone, the only divers there are for win 9x and 2000.
what I am after is a driver for xp, any one have any ideas where I can find one?

I don't know where you can get one, but have you tried the Win2k driver? They often work as the two OSs are on a similar source code.
