Hi, , posted last thursday about a disk thanks for answers but was advised to go to Windows Temp file and delete all in there, so looked for windows/temp and there are so many I don't know which to delete as some are big and I don't want to delete something then get in trouble later on over it ,[ this is all because the kids harry potter game only installs to 67% then says insert the data3 . cab] Thanks

Hi sallyr. Can you give us a link to your earlier posting, or summarise the problem so far.

You should be able to empty your windows/temp folder with no problems. The usual reason for so many files being there is that many program installers don't clear up after the installation is finished. You can always delete the files but not empty the recycle bin for a few days, or move the files to a temporary folder that you create for the purpose before finally deleting them. That way, if you do get any problems, which is most unlikely, you can restore the files.
