Hi all,

Wanting to backup all my music, pictures, office doc etc and wanted to install software that would monitor the folders being backed up, and update automaticly each time i add documents to those folders.

Is there such software out there and if so which one is easy to use for non-techie heads like me?

Have a look at Second Copy click here

Not free but there is a 30 day trial. I wouldn't be without it.

Sync Toy, free but you have to press the button it is not really automatic. I use it and think it's great.

Acrons True Image gets my vote.

Acronis is excellent for system backups but not, in my opinion, entirely suitable for regular (half hourly or so) file backups.

ez back up,not auto but can schedule back ups

This one isn't free either but it works:

€dstowe is right, Acronis is invaluable, but would be overkill in the extreme for data backup.

Cobian gets my vote, it's free, accurate (some free backup programs don't always include some sub-folders) and automatic, although I just press the button as necessary.

Sometimes I press the Forum Post Responce Button more than necessary, it seems :0)

I am not sure if this will be all that helpful, but I use Superflexible File Synchroniser 3.0 which was given away on the PCA Cover disk in (I think) December 2006 and which does what you are after. You might be able to get a copy from somebody.
