Any ideas what this exe. file does?
When I increased the protection level on Norton Firewall it told me TAPISERV.EXE attempted to access the WWW. I am wondering if I have inadvertantly had it installed!

Sure it isn't TAPISRV.EXE?

Quite right Powerless & VoG™ is was/is TAPISRV.EXE
It must have come with some utility. It's part of any standard install - is it?

Yes, it is a Windows file. And as it is to do with telephony it's not surprising that it might want to dial-out (!)

VoG™ I feel educated - and a little humbled!
Thanks

Apologies if my last post appeared sarcastic - it wasn't meant to. Just a (misguided?) attempt at humour.
