The above message keeps apearing everytime i start windows up...how do I get rid of it?

It also says invalid Boot.ini on the dos startup black screen....that anything to do with it?

Could be wrong but it looks suspiciously like ad-ware to me.Download and run this then let us know the outcome click here

111c.exe is NOT a valid windows file (at least not in Win9x or XP). Like the previous post by curlylad I would recommend you run Spybot and Ad-aware to see what they come up with. If nothing shows, download and run HijackThis and post the log file. With luck nellie2 will see it and give you the good news.
