My daughter continualy has this popping up from WinPatrol. Can anyone tell me if it is a legitamate programme or malicious ware. There s no description of what it is, nor is there a company name. I have tried to delee it but to no avail. If this is malicious then info on how to delete it would be much appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Are you sure you spelled the dll name correctly.
Not a thing on Google about it.
I would refuse it permission to start up on winpatrol.

"popping up from WinPatrol"

What exactly do you mean by that, is there an error message or a warning? If so, let us know what it is. Running Mbam (link in my last post) and an antivirus scan would be a good idea as some viuses create random names for their own files.

Probably the normal warning that you get in Winpatrol.A new program wants to run.Allow or Deny and you have to choose.
I think I would deny it and like you said start running some security programs.
