C:\windows\70000041.exe infected with downloader.trogan and C:\windows\system32\isacfg\4011.exe is infected with Bloodhound.packed on my XP home system. Can anyone advise step by step removal please. These were found after an online Symantec virus detection scan as they are disableing my AVG from working.

found these after following your advise, but having trouble removing because AVG disabled and I do not have Symantec.
Any ideas.

Have you looked to see if there is a removal tool for this from Symantec. or you could try the Stinger from McAfee or the CW Shredder.

I think Symantec may tell you how to manually remove this by editing in the registry.
