Hope this is the spot to put this. I do not consider my self to be very PC savy but I,m looking to build a PC. I have conducted some research (To much info can be dangerous lolol) and looking at the following components.

Processor Intel Core i7-920

MotherBoard Intel i7 Gigabyte GA-EX58-UD5

DDR3 Ram 6GB Kit (3x2048MB) PC12800 1600MHz Patriot PVT36G1600LLK

3.5" HDD SATA-300 750GB 16MB Western Digital

Graphics card - Sapphire TOXIC HD 4850 (512MB GDDR3 PCI-E)

Power -900w Apevia Warlock ATX-WA900W

Have not chosen a case to put this into and would appreicate recommendations for a suitable one and also comments on the above.

I,m also thinking about running this on Vista 64 bit.

have I missed anything?

I have been using click here for my Vista Ultimate 64 machine for 18 months and it is really quiet.

It only comes with one fan but that has been enough for me and the temperature is fine.

Sorry, just noticed you are buying your own psu. The antec comes with a very quiet 500W one which has never been stretched.

antec 12 hundred or coolermaster cm690 are great cases depending on how much you want to spend.

Other than look and size does it really matter what type of case you get?

Would you change any of the components I chosen and if so would like to know why?
