Curves in CorelDRAW

Is there anyway to convert paragraph text to curves. Version is 9.

Simply, .....Don't think so.

My experience( also v.9) is that paragraph text is OK for a rapid result, but not all that special or able to do much manipulation with it.

The slow plodding old way is best but very slow.

Have you tried one of the "net" sites that have a Corel Forum?

The answer may be there, but particularly when compared with the PCA forum is very American and not a lot of thrills for me!

Select all, copy to clipboard, click text cursor, paste text, convert to curves. I found that converting artistic text to curves made it bolder.

Why do you need to do this? If you want to retain fonts can you export as PDF and send a PDF file instead of a graphic file?

This solution removes paragraph formating such as tabs and tabs are not an option in artistic text. The reason that the text must be converted to curves is a problem with certain PS fonts going thru my imagesetter.

Or what about print Truetype as graphics?
