when it moves over any text (emails/webpages etc) as long as they are not hyperlinks. It has only just started to do it. Could it be anything to do with me updating my Matrox Millenium G450 driver? The mouse is a wireless Intellimouse explorer by the way (MS.XP Sp2)
I have uninstalled the software, rebooted and reinstalled - to no avail. I have checked that there is only ONE mouse on my system.
Any thoughts?

Hi, thanx for the link to the Matrox site. Loads of peeps had had similar problems along time ago. The update suggested there is now not the latest (for anyone in a similar pickle to me) BUT the key to resolve the problem is to use a free MATROX uninstaller and NOT windows uninstaller.
Thanks again!
