CRT-LCD compatability

I have an Evesham Athlon 805Mhz-128 ROM with Samsung 755DF(T) monitor. Can I replace the CRT monitor with an LCD flat screen, please?

Can`t see any problem. Shop around for the best buys - I`m sure someone will advise you. Watch this space.

Generally speaking you can simply plug in an LCD screen as a direct replacement for your CRT one. The only thing you need to check compatibility-wise is, if your new screen has only digital input, your video card needs to have digital output. Most 'standard' LCD screens are analogue input still, so this is not usually a problem.

My thanks to Taff36 and particularly to stlucia. I am most grateful for the warning to ensure that any LDC screen will accept the output from my computer
