Hello, I recently have had critical update notifications (Windows 98se) so I just clicked download with usual confidence, however I find I have downloaded this particular one three times. Is there anyway to delete a critical update, reason being my Outlook express is now not working and I think this may be conected, I can send mail but to receive mail I have to go to my ISP (Terra) telefonica. I am in Spain. Can anyone advise.

Some can be removed from the add/remove programs applet in the control panel.

When you cannot receive emails, does it throw up any error messages? Have a look to see if the correct details are in your pop3 field - both name and email.
