Creative Jukebox Zen Extra Music Library Corrupted

  Kirbster 17:46 03 Mar 04

I've got a Creative Jukebox Zen Extra. Recently when I enter 'Mediasource' on my PC with the jukebox connected I receive the following message:
'Your Music Library is corrupted and cannot be recovered. MediaSource will now revert to the most recent backup available. Would you like to continue?'
Regardless of what option I choose I get the following message:
'The PC Music library cannot be opened as the database engine is corrupted. Please run the Microsoft Jet Engine 4.0 Service Pack 3 or above'

I don't know how to do this or where to get it from on the Microsoft website. The music library is accessible and playable in media player but not in mediasource. I've tried reinstalling the software to no avail.

Any Ideas or Info?

That tells how to update the service pack for Jet Engine but that's all.
