creating a html email in MS outlook 2003

Can anyone tell me how to create a html email? (Like the type you receive from PC Advisor.)

The goal is to create a html template for a website's newsletter.

I have tried pasting the code into the body of the email but it remains in the code view!

I have also tried via IE 6.0 clicking file>send>page by email but it send the page as an attachment.

I have set Outlook to read/send emails as html.

I thought this would be a simple thing to do but I can't see how it is done.

(I also have DreamWeaver)

thanks a lot Crossbow7.

The dreamweaver help sheet was the one that did it for me.

Bascially what I was doing wrong was that I was inserting the file as an attachment. The mistake I was making was that I should have inserted the 'file as text' and then it goes straight into the body of the email. To do this (win XP) you can select a drop down menu from the 'insert' button and it gives you the option.
